On this map area, Verrado is bounded by Olive Avenue to the north, the 303 Freeway to the east, and the I-10 Freeway to the south. Developed beginning in 2002, this community is located in the foothills of the White Tank Mountains. Within Verrado are several distinct neighborhoods.
For example, Victory at Verrado is a 55plus age restricted active adult community. Four different builders have developed homes here: Lennar, CalAtlantic Homes, Maracay Homes and David Weekley Homes. Lennar, for example, offers five different floorplans from 2 beds, 2 baths in 1,890 sq ft to 2 beds, 2 baths in 2,130 sq ft. The Victory Club is a clubhouse exclusive to the residents of Victory at Verrado, and features a 7,000 sq ft fitness center, an outdoor lap swimming pool, three resort-style pools, a spa, a racquet sports pavilion with courts for tennis and pickleball and several rooms for meetings and entertainment.
Within Verrado itself are homes by a dozen different builders. For example, Mattamy Homes features single-family homes in the Heritage District. Mattamy Homes offers six different floorplans from 3 beds, 2.5 baths in 1,890 sq ft to 4 beds, 3.5 baths in 2,870 sq ft. William Ryan Homes offer flexible floorplans with five different options from 3 beds, 2.5 baths in 2,060 sq ft to 3 beds, 2.5 baths in 2,839 sq ft.
Amenities: The Verrado community features an overabundance of outdoor activities thanks to its 72 neighborhood parks. Verrado is also home to two dog parks. Verrado is also home to a public swim park with a resort style pool as well as a wading pool. Verrado is also home to its own clubhouse, the Center on Main, with a fitness center and two outdoor pools. Verrado Golf Club is an 18-hole desert course designed by Tom Lehman and John Fought.
